In order to ensure compliance with Fund regulatory requirements, together with other day-to-day Fund administration needs, DGM provides all of the necessary administration functions, which include the following:
- Provision of Officers and Directors.
- Provision of a Registered Office, maintaining corporate records, holding annual meetings and preparation of corporate resolutions.
- Arranging for annual returns to be filed and renewal of Fund license.
- Arranging for preparation of Annual Financial Statements and review with external auditors.
- Publication of the Net Asset Value for the Fund.
- Other corporate services as required.
- Access to legal services as required.
